WHO DOES YOUR ORGANIZATION SERVE?

We created The Mighty to help people who are facing disabilities, disorders and chronic health conditions. That's it. That's our purpose. That's why we exist.

We are building the world's largest community for people who are thrown a curve ball.

WHAT IS THEIR BIGGEST CHALLENGE?

While most health sites out there just cover the medical part, until The Mighty, there wasn't really a place that dealt with everything else -- the emotional part, the day-to-day challenges, the disappointments, the small wins, the milestones, and those moments of sheer joy.

Even if you have the support of family and friends, they may not know exactly what you are going through. That can feel pretty lonely.

HOW DO YOU HELP THEM?

We wanted to build a place online where we could share other people's stories about whatever they may be facing whether it be Alzheimer's, Cancer, or Autism. We provide fair representation to those in society who are generally overlooked.

At The Mighty you can read stories about others who are facing a similar struggle as you. In addition to providing a great welcoming community of people who understand you when you feel like others in your life don’t, The Mighty allows your voice to be heard. Sharing your story on The Mighty, actually putting your thoughts and feelings into words, has the opportunity to give others a different, more human, perspective of your illness.
